Saturday, August 27, 2022, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Our New Signature Gala Event!

Imagine cruising down a cool river in August, enjoying each other’s company, great food, refreshing beverages and live dance music.  That’s the theme to our new signature annual event, formerly the “Taste of the P-Bar Ranch”.

Join us on August 27 at 6 p.m. when the L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum and Exploration Center sponsors the first “Cruisin’ Down the River of Time” event. In addition to great fun, this evening of revelry will raise funds to support the mission and operations of the River of Time.

The Fountain Hills Community Center will be transformed on this hot August night into a boat load of fun with dinner, dancing, raffles and more. Garden party attire is encouraged for enjoying time with friends and special someone.

Musical guest, The Josh West Trio will play a variety of summer songs and nostalgic hits along with their own contemporary sounds. West, a former performer on NBC’s The Voice, played at the River of Time 4XB event in March to stellar revues. Dancing is encouraged!

In addition to supporting the River of Time, your ticket includes a signature drink and food stations with several entrée choices, appetizers, salads, and a dessert bar. Area "celebrity" chefs from United Catering will man their food stations and be available to chat with guests about their unique dishes.  The atmosphere is summer festive in the cool Community Center venue.

Several high-end experiences will be raffled off throughout the evening. Different from a silent or live auction, the raffle will offer a limited number of exquisite opportunities. Everyone will receive one raffle ticket with purchase of an event ticket; additional tickets will be sold at the party.
